CWC. POOL CHEMICAL CONTROLLERS.
CWC produces the DCON and MICRO range of pH / ORP Controllers.
CWC controllers offer excellent control of swimming water and come as single modules or combined units.
Typical use of single units would be pH control on salt chlorinated pools, or ORP control on spas using bromine as a sanitizer.
Combined units (pH / ORP) are supplied on a PVC mount board with a double 10 amp GPO for plug in of dosing systems.
Design emphasis is on delivering a rugged, reliable instrument providing good service life in the harsh environment of a pump room. In addition, the CWC Controller is user friendly while offering excellent control accuracy.
Circuitry design of each controller ensures that the mv reading is stable (ie minimal fluctuation) and free from ground loop interference. This is achieved with the circuits differential input amplifier which measures the mv signal from the ORP probe with respect to a third stainless steel electrode in the flow cell. In this way, any noise measured is eliminated and just the true mv reading is displayed on the LCD. The stainless steel electrode is called the solution ground probe (or earth probe) and is supplied as a standard.
Tailor made controller packages can be simply built up by selecting a particular controller, specifying the required sanitizer and pH delivery systems and matching with the required accessories.
Pool Products can supply a controller package as single component parts for your assembly, or as a complete package fully assembled ready for wall mount.
Special customer requirements can be catered for at time of build.
